Colorado Premier Restoration is a locally owned and operated IICRC Certified Restoration Company that provides 24 hour emergency response and mitigation, resulting from both natural and man-made causes. We incorporate our founding principles and operational guidelines through every aspect of all work assignments, from the initial emergency response to the Certificate of Completion Inventory, package, wrap, box, and store contents affected by water, fire, and smoke residues Utilize company guidelines and procedures in structure cleaning. Clean, wash, and deodorize contents using various company and cleaning procedures Maintain job production deadlines established by Project Manager Ongoing daily communication with Project Manager Drive company vehicle to job site when necessary Maintain company supplies, keeping them clean, stocked, and properly maintained. Always keep a clean and neat job site, leaving a first-class impression of our service. Effectively communicate with clients experiencing water, fire and smoke situations Adhere to company’s policies and procedures Follow all Environmental Protection Agency and other applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations for disposal of wastewater and chemicals Performs additional tasks and general labor as requested. Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. Adept at learning and utilizing new apps, smart phones, and technology Experience: 6+ months of professional cleaning (janitorial, maid, etc.) experience preferred Must have valid driver's license Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 pounds Colorado Premier is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
