***Apartment Maintenance *** Apartment community in Northwest St. Louis County needs a qualified and experienced maintenance technician! This person must be able to run the full physical operations of this property which includes maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and general maintenance. Your duties would be to also supervise a grounds person. We are seeking someone who is a hard-charging, go-getter who likes to make a difference and show progress every day. This position will pay a salary commensurate with your experience and does include incentive bonuses as well as a year-end bonus. Quality in everything that you and your staff do is critical. There is no detail that is too small to address. We are looking for an exceptional person to operate the functions of this well-maintained apartment community. We have owned this property for many years and take pride in the service that we provide. Qualifications: • Full-time apartment maintenance experience preferably in multi-family • HVAC, electrical, appliance, carpentry and plumbing qualified and experienced • Ability to work with the office staff and provide exceptional service to our customers. • Experience in all the areas of apartments operations which includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, painting, general maintenance & landscaping. • Must have your own hand tools.
