Immediate opening for an on-site maintenance/handyman for an apartment complex in Groves, Texas (Groves) 102 door apartment complex in Groves, Texas 77619 (Beaumont/Port Arthur/Groves area). Needs a onsite handyman and jack of all trades maintenance person to handle the daily tenant maintenance work orders and tenant move in make ready's. Duties: Painting Drywall work Carpentry Minor electrical Minor plumbing Refinishing cabinets and counter tops Refinish bathtubs and sinks Installing light fixtures Interior and exterior work AC certified a plus Has tools and truck Working in an apartment complex is a plus This is a 40 hour a week job Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM When replying leave your phone number and a brief background on your work.
