Southwest Greens of Austin / Houston (Turfscapes, LLC) is looking for experienced Artificial Turf Installers to complete artificial turf installation jobs in the Austin area. This position would be full-time. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Installation of artificial turf for commercial and residential projects (Landscape Turf, Putting Greens, Playgrounds, Bocce Courts, Amenity decks, etc.) Utilize machinery (plate compactors, sod cutters, blowers, etc) to complete projects in a professional, timely and clean manner. Maintain and cultivate perfect working relationships with other crew members and learn from some of the most knowledgeable turf installers in the world. Help management maintain best practices for a safe and rewarding work environment Achieve and Maintain project goals set by Project managers, sales and executive team(s). Desire to be part of a fast growing, dedicated company with a family atmosphere. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN HARDWORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH LANDSCAPING/CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.
