Description

Grounds Maintenance / Custodian Government contract worker. This position will be responsible for grounds landscaping, routine monthly floor maintenance when applicable, and occasional custodial cleaning. Cleaning of restrooms, general office areas, conference rooms will be included. Routine mowing, edging, and fertilizing of grounds will also be part of the position. P/T position, flexible schedule. Experience with floor care is preferred, landscaping experience is required. Good communication skills are also preferred. A background check is required for employment. Travel will be a requirement of the position.
