Window cleaner position available. Looking for someone who is detail oriented. Most of our work is done at residential homes where quality of workmanship is a priority. We are careful with people’s property both inside the home and outside. We meet every morning in Simi Valley, then get in work trucks to all parts of Los Angeles. The work can be strenuous at times. We are often climbing up and down ladders. There may be long hours working outside in the summer heat. I am willing to train the right candidate. Would love to find someone with experience, but workmanship must be exceptional. Rate of pay for experienced window cleaner is negotiable. If you are young, enjoy people, and like working outdoors, this may be a good fit for you. These are my musts: Must be okay with sometimes difficult or challenging work. Must not be afraid of heights. Must be a non-smoker. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be willing to work Saturdays sometimes. Must be able to lift 50 lbs easily. Must work well with others.
