We have been in business for 26 years and provide installation services to many local companies. We are looking for a self-motivating individual that would like to join our team full-time and learn the finish carpentry & door installation trade. Experience a plus but not necessary, we are willing to train the right person. Candidate must posses the following: *Must be a US Citizen *Must have a valid drivers license *Must be able to pass a national background check *Must be able to use technology (I-Pad training involved) *Must be able to communicate well with customers Benefits included with employment: *Medical & Dental *401K Matching Program *PTO accumulated each year *Monthly cell phone reimbursement *Company provides vehicle, gasoline, and tools *Guaranteed Hourly wage *Hourly pay during Training ($18-$22 per hour DOE) *Piece Work Pay once trained and on your own (average PWP for current installers is $32-$45 per hour) If you are a subcontractor with your own CCB you will make a larger PWP but provide your own vehicle, gas, and tools.
