Landscape Foreman and Landscape Technicians Cedar Landscape Maintenance is seeking technicians, and team foreman to join our commercial landscaping crew. Crews meet Monday – Thursday at 7am at a central location in Tualatin, OR, use company transportation to work sites, and work 8-10 hour days. Responsibilities Technicians and Foreman Include: • Must be able to maintain a regular attendance record and be punctual. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must be able to safely use landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and trimmers. • Must be able to take direction from supervisors. • Must maintain all safety standards Technician Duties Include: • Mowing with 21”, 36”, & 48” walk behind and stand/riding mowers • String trim mower and edger • Backpack Blower • Manual shears, power shears, loppers, and hand pruners • Planting, Weeding, Mulching, Leaf raking, yard debris disposal, snow shoveling, Salary = $13/hour and up DOE Foreman Duties Include: • Mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, weeding, mulching, raking, yard debris disposal, blowing. • Communicate with customers and implement their landscape desires • Managing Laborers and Techs • Record accurate hours and locations worked for crew • Drive work trucks and pull a trailer • Must be able to take direction from Field Manager Salary = $16/hour and up DOE Foreman Requirements: • Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive and tow a trailer • 3 Years Landscaping experience • Must have some experience and understanding of plants and their maintenance
