Vision insurance Retirement 401k Plan with 4% company match Shift Type: Swing Shift (6pm - 2:30am) Job Description: Responsible for maintaining carpet and hard surface floors in commercial buildings using industry-approved methods and chemistry. Must be flexible in performing assigned duties. Duties: Carpet Cleaning using industry-approved methods, equipment and chemistry. Stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing or sealing of different types of hard surfaced floors using industry-approved methods, equipment and chemistry. Spot cleaning of carpets. Securing work area, using appropriate safety signage, and removing when duties are completed. Follow all safety and company rules and regulations. Travel to various job sites, most within Portland Metro Area Perform other duties as assigned/Job duties may be modified at any time. Requirements: A valid State issued Driver’s license. Successful background check. Experience with Carpet and/or Floor Cleaning = Higher starting pay Physical strength to maneuver and lift 50 pounds Able to perform all physical aspects of duties listed. Follow safety procedures Read assigned work orders and follow instructions Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Able to operate machines required to perform duties according to safety standards. A strong team player able to work well with other crewmembers Able to follow direction from Management. All CDC Covid protocols are being followed.
