2 year old small breed looking for forever home with female no kids

Looking for a forever female owner with no kids for our dog Macy she is a long hair Chihuahua mix breed and is not spayed. She has a cosmetic born with it cherry eye it doesn't seem to effect her we keep it clean. She continues to bite our kids some times when they are just playing near her or running. She doesn't seem to like cats. She is mostly afraid of men we have had her over a year and she just does not like children kids 5 and under. There is a small rehoming fee as animal's need care and I want to ensure she goes to a forever home. She is kennel trained doesn't have accident in the house sleeps in kennel at night. Barks at strangers. Middle age or single woman best. She likes walks. Will come with her kennel, toys, food, dishes, treats, harness and leash.
