Detroit Real Estate Investor is seeking painter's to work at our rental properties. All our properties are in Detroit. Most of the properties are on the westside. Must have PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle to work for us. Must have own transportation, painting supplies and tools. We pay by the job, not by the hour. We do not pay in CASH or CHECKS.
