We are in need of great contractors! We remodel 20-25 homes per month to rent-ready standards in the Durham/Raleigh and surrounding area. We are looking for a full turn-key outfit with residential renovation experience. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS • Projects range between 2K-35k. • Access to national pricing on all materials. • Paid on 1st and 15th of the month. • Vacant homes • Consistent workflow • Most of the materials can be delivered to the site.
