We are looking for an apartment maintenance tech for an apartment complex in Richardson, TX. Must have experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repair skills. Must be comfortable being on call for emergencies. Responsibilities: -Complete home repair work and repair orders in a timely fashion -Estimate time and extent of the home repairs -Perform routine preventive maintenance -Maintain material and supply inventory -Oversee work performed by outside contractors -5-7 years of experience in home repairs /remodeling maintenance -Familiarity with home construction maintenance tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical workload -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Have a working truck -Have a phone for receipt for work orders This is a 1st shift position M-F with rotating weekends and being on call 7am until when the job is complete. This position is paying $25/hr with a lot of overtime potential. THERE IS NO WEEK IN THE HOLE!!!
