Our Department Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success. You will learn and perform all aspects and duties of the supervisor of the assigned department. While also learning to utilize strong leadership and communication skills in the development, training and mentoring of distribution center team members to achieve department objectives as well as their individual career goals at O'Reilly Auto Parts. What we offer: Full-Time, Part-Time positions Competitive wages with potential for raises every 6 months 6 paid holidays Flexible Medical/Dental/Vision Plans, starting within 30 days 401K plan with employer contributions Opportunity for advancement and career development Bi-Weekly pay schedule What you will do: Manage the day to day operations of your assigned department in the warehouse Identify and anticipate problems, challenges and opportunities by analyzing daily data and management reports Deliver excellent customer service by building & maintaining relationships Influence change management and operational performance What you will need: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and people skills are a must Must be able to work closely and well with others in a team environment Ability to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Exposure to WMS software is desired Automotive parts warehouse and/or branch store experience is desired Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.
