Sales Representative- Hiring Immediately. One year of experience as a sales representative or sales manager is preferred but not required. We have had a great experience with our sales team when we've hired people in sales, sales consulting, or outside sales experience. Our sales rep training works very well helping our sales team grow our business as they increase their wages. We simply need a happy, outgoing person and we can help you with the rest. This isn't just an "exterior cleaning company." You will have room to grow both in income and title with us. Sales Efforts: Generating leads. Performing cold call Meeting or exceeding sales goals Helping in the building of quotes Helping with the design and timing of promotions Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company services. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about products, prices and availability. Compensation: There will be a base salary plus commission pay Paid Time Off Room for growth Bonuses available Sales Requirements: Firm understanding of the business. Experience in sales is a plus. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service.
