Greetings, Summer is almost here and Our Youth Organization is currently seeking College Students to join our company as Youth Group Sales Managers. As a Youth Group Sales Manager you will travel to various shopping malls that we setup throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area. This role is a Summer job and will start the first weekend in June and end in September once teens start back school. You will work as youth sales managers and supervise teens as they sell chocolates at kiosks in the mall on the weekends. In this role you will earn $14.75 hr plus plus bonus. You can make up to $300-500 a weekend or more depending on performance. We will also offer a $500 book award scholarship to college students who perform exceptionally well during the season. This a fun job that is not only paid, but an opportunity to give back to the community and build your resume with sales and management experience. The job will only be on the weekends over the summer. We are seeking College Students who are highly motivated, energetic, and good communication skills. Prior sales experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities: •Supervise Teens as they conduct sales of chocolates in the mall •Help Conduct sales to customers at kiosks in the mall if needed •Setup inventory table and break down at the end of the day •Distribute and track inventory given to teens •Assist teens with debit/credit card sales •Calculate total sales at the end of the day
