Master Craft Restoration is seeking a full-time multi-talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. Based in the heart of the valley, Master Craft Restoration services the Willamette valley with rental property maintenance and general construction services. Responsibilities include: Communication with management Electronic timekeeping Apartment turnover maintenance Painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors and siding Siding installation Drywall repair/patching and texture matching Installing fixtures, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and faucets Repair and replacement of tile Installation of carpet and vinyl Repair and installation of doors, toilets, faucets, and trim work Troubleshoot water heaters/thermostats Plumbing repairs Meet with supervisor to coordinate service requests and turnover progress Essential Functions: Ability to work evenings and weekends for emergencies Sit, bend, stand, and use stairs and ladders Push/pull items Carrying items up/downstairs – lifting up to 75 pounds Driving Use of hand and power tools On-call emergency rotation Requirements: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle capable of material and tool transportation High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of Oregon Landlord/Tenant Laws Knowledge of common building practices Must have your own tools to perform duties Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM Benefits: $16.00/HR – $18.00/HR starting wage with review at 6 months Performance-based bonuses PTO Medical/dental/FSA eligibility after 60 days Screening prior to a job offer: Background/Credit/Driving/Drug (Testing positive for THC alone will not disqualify an applicant for consideration) If you would like to join our talented, family team please submit your resume and cover letter to the email listed in this posting.
