Need a roofer/crew for a partial replacement of a commercial shingle roof. The area is approximately 600 sq ft. The deck is an older product called Easy-Ply by Homasote (). Because it is rare, I've already purchased the decking that is needed (it was an 8 week lead time). I also have enough shingles on site for the job. The roof slopes into a valley butting up to a stucco wall. I want to EPDM this valley - which I also already have on site. Since I already have most of the materials pre-purchased, I'm looking for a roofer/crew that would perform the job using my materials quoting the job or on a time and materials basis. I realize there would be no manufacturer warranties. Must be insured.
