Job Description We are currently looking for a print production finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an experienced team that performs a wide variety of finishing processes to produce signs, banners, displays, murals, and other graphic components. You will work closely with your finishing peers, as well as other production and warehouse team members to facilitate the production of both small and large-scale projects, involving a multitude of materials and elements, within tight deadlines. Must be a quality-conscious, detail-oriented worker with strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Execute all aspects of large format finishing work, including trimming, assembly, setting up and operating laminators, painting, vinyl plotters and other processes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met. • Analyze work tickets and all other pertinent documents in detail to determine how to best execute each project. • Follow all quality control and production protocols to ensure that all graphics are produced within spec and meet our stringent quality standards. • Communicate detailed status of all projects and any other pertinent information with 100% accuracy to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked working area. • Assist in other production departments as directed.
