Join our well-established, 65 year old and growing flooring and window business. The ideal candidate for this full-time position is a reliable, detail oriented and organized individual. Job Description: • Manage warehouse personnel • Monitor work production • Ensure safe work environment • Interview, screen, hire and train new warehouse personnel • Manage inventory procedures to prevent damage and lost inventory • Train personnel with proper driving skills to ensure safety • Train personnel on Forklifts • Manage UPS & Fedex shipping and receiving • Manage product returns and RMA's • Scheduling deliveries to job sites • Utilizing Fleet Management software • Oversee and manage Truck/Fleet mainenance • Oversee and manage Facility maintenance Requirements: • Forklift experience • Strong attention to details • Strong organizattional skills • Valid driver's license • Knowledge of Building suppies (windows, doors, flooring is preferred) • Able to work full time Benefits: • Health insurance after 6 months for full-time employess • One week paid vacation after one year of full time employment • Two sick days earned every six months for full time employees • Optional 401(k) after one year full time employment Compensation based on experience Apply today and start a new and reliable career with a team that cares.
