This position is Part-Time evenings 5 days a week. We are looking for self-motivated, leadership individuals to join our team. Cleaning 2 to 3 locations. Must have a RELIABLE vehicle, a valid driver license and willing to travel from site to site. We are only interested in dependable, trustworthy, enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent work ethic. Applicants should have an eye for detail and be able to work alone. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Qualifications and Skills: Be 18 yrs or older. Must pass background check and drug screen test. *NOTE: You must have a clean record to be considered for this position. Must have a RELIABLE vehicle, a valid driver license and willing to travel from site to site. Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team Excellent organizational skills a must Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision Integrity Responsibilities and Duties, but are not limited to: General and detail cleaning commercial building Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors Emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request Ordering supplies as needed and maintain supply rooms Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Various other cleaning responsibilities Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations *NOTE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION, You must have a clean record.
