Electrician looking for electrician helpers, take some customers

I'm a electrician with a good problem to have: too much work Apparently the electricians I know have the same problem and I don't want to turn customers away, so I'm seeing if any electricians on craigslist need extra side work. Usually it's just small stuff like troubleshooting a breaker that keeps tripping, hanging light fixtures or ceiling fans, run a line for a dryer, etc. But sometimes it's bigger, like wire a remodeled basement, or dig a trench from house to new detached garage and wire the garage. We can work together on the bigger jobs. You can give them the price you want, but if I sent you the customer, I want to be paid 10% referral fee after they pay you. Obviously you'll need your own vehicle and tools, and you'll be working for yourself so please know what you're doing, I don't want calls from people saying the electrician I sent them caused more problems and left. I would recommend you charge $100 for the first hour, $50 for additional hours.
