Boat work needed Bayliner inboard

Looking for someone to replace a soft spot in my boat and replace a hydraulic arm that raises and lowers the tilt and trim. It’s a 1991 Bayliner Capri 3.0 mercruiser inboard motor with a Alpha One out drive runabout. I’ve already bought a sheet of 3/4 inch marine plywood for the floor and I’ve already got a replacement hydraulic arm for the tilt and trim. I spent over $200 on parts. It just needs to be done.
