Older disabled person needs help

I am needing help to remove 20+ trash bags and one couch. I am disabled and unable to get the bags out to trash. I did have a lady that would come by every other week and help take out trash and in house stuff for $20 a month but she moved away. I am on very limited income so am praying someone can help with couch and trash cheaply. Please text only God Bless
