Licensed and insured handyman needed to handle service request for tenant occupied apartment units. You schedule with the tenant at a time that works for you both and then you send me the invoice and I pay you. Simple as that. Jobs also include refreshing units after a tenant moves out. Refreshes include: Haul away, lock changes, patching and painting, repairing/replacing blinds, repairing/replacing light bulbs and batteries, change furnace filter...You get the idea.
