We currently need employees to handle and bundle firewood, along with palletizing the bundles for wholesale distribution; as well as potentially working toward becoming machine operators (such as forks lifts and front end loaders). Initial primary responsibilities will be working a production line that generates shrink wrap and stretch wrap bundles of firewood. Preference for machine operators (after building time and experience with the company) would be experience operating skid steers, front end loaders, fork lifts, etc. Job includes doing anything necessary to accomplish the objectives of the firewood business, which may include the following: splitting firewood, handling and bundling firewood, clearing/cleaning work spaces, operating as part of an assembly line for packaging, moving/sorting pallets, operating equipment to move pallets, load trucks, etc. We are looking for employees that want to demonstrate their willingness to work hard to complete the daily and weekly goals of the company. Exceeding targeted goals leads to bonus potentials. Lunch is generally provided to employees each Friday if target objectives are reached. The position is not dependent on weather and offers production based incentives, as well has plenty of overtime opportunities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12.00 to $18.00 /hour
