event coordinator/bridal assistant

Hello, this is a one day event, potentially longer depending on if we find someone that is a well fit. we will need someone to coordinate with vendors before hand and the day of. Make sure things are setup and the day itinerary is followed. coordinate with cleaners and take down crew. This is a small gathering but because we are from out of town we need someone to be our eyes and ear there. Like previously stated this is a 1 day event but with the right candidate it could be longer ( before the event date ).
