Local, family owned residential contractor providing professional remodeling solutions since 1976 is seeking laborers to join our team Job Responsibilities • Clean the job site before and after job completion, eliminating any debris that could pose potential hazards • Loading and unloading materials from trucks and place them at the proper location on the site; distribute materials to contractors • Perform numerous types of manual labor • Maintain all pieces of equipment by routinely inspecting machinery, conducting repairs and ordering replacements when necessary • Provide any assistance to the carpenters when asked • Perform a full range of rough construction and finish work in residential homes Job Skills & Qualifications Required: • Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in varying weather conditions • Ability to routinely lift up to 80 pounds • Manipulation of heavy tools and materials, climbing stairs and ladders, and operating in tight or awkward spaces • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to work independently/ with a crew Hours & Compensation: • Full time • Monday- Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm • Compensation to start at $15.00 hourly based on experience • Health Insurance • Retirement
