Private Owned Homes within Orange County Looking for Assistant to Help Upkeep Vacation Homes Entry Level Position We are looking for someone that is hardworking and always available. Can lift up to 30-40 pounds. Not afraid to get dirty. Will be wearing running shoes all the time. Will be needed weekdays and weekends depending on when tenants checkin/checkout and when tenants message or call for needs. Working 20-25 hours/week. Can turn into a full time job. No experience necessary. Will train the right person who is willing to learn and is motivated! Duties: Maintain home appearance inside and out. Work with with cleaners, gardeners, pool techs, handyman Answer to all needs of tenants Do Walmart and Costco runs Trash clean up when tenants move out Restock home before tenants move in Requirement: Minimal education: Associates Degree Must have a car, valid license and auto insurance and be willing to travel within Orange County Benefits: Health/dental/vision insurance, sick days (1 week/year) and vacation (2 weeks/year) after 3 months.
