We are seeking an Entry Level Customer care specialist to join our team in Tampa Bay! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive charity revenue.
Our mission:
Childhelp partners with development teams at Arizona State University to create Childhelp “Speak Up Be Safe!” The new program offers a 21st century approach to the prevention of abuse by utilizing web-based tools, curriculum on Internet safety skills and cyber-bullying. Curriculum, materials and training capsules are launched to schools throughout the country, promoting a redirected focus on adult responsibility and skill building in keeping our children safe.
Responsibilities:
-Present charity products and services to help children in need
-Create sales material to present to customers
-Knowledgable about Charity mission and answer questions regarding donation

-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Detail-oriented
-Exceptional student mentality
-Great interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a team-based environment.
