Full Job Description Tomka Construction is a premier commercial contractor specializing in Tenant Improvements exclusively for distribution warehouses. We have an amazing team and a supportive work environment. We have over 20 years of experience in the line striping business. We are currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our Apprentice Program. Requirements for TCI Apprenticeship: Responsible and Accountable Learning-Focused Mindset Long-Term Commitment Good Communication skills either on-site or by telephone at all Safety Conscious Valid Driver's License Typical projects are exclusively in distribution warehouses and may consist of: Line Striping Light Demolition Painting and Coatings Read Blueprints Create Material Orders Assist Project Manager How TCI Apprenticeship Works: Tomka Construction Inc. Apprentice Program is based on the traditional apprenticeship model. Apprentices are hired without prior experience and given the opportunity to earn and learn. Our program encompasses: On-The-Job Training (OJT) Additional Information: The ideal candidate must be willing to work some weekends and or after hours, depending on the projects and/or work volume. You must be able to successfully complete a background check and have a clean driving record.
