START TOMORROW! Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper needed to assist communities with maintaining all areas of the community. As a Porter you will be responsible for the interior & exterior of the grounds. Duties to include the cleaning of apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris/pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; cleaning and raking shrub areas and keeping sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush; repairing and replacing window screens; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.
