Grounds: All Property Services, a growing commercial and residential landscape Maintenance Company is hiring experienced landscapers and mowers. General Responsibilities: A. Cleaning 1. Clean all paper and debris from assigned shopping center property 2. Wash vacant storeroom windows as needed 3. Empty trash containers daily B. Landscape 1. Maintain shrubs and landscaping except for mowing a. Pull weeds in mulch beds b. Prune dead branches C. Winterization 1. Shovel snow from sidewalks and sidewalk curbs 2. Apply icemelt on handicapped ramps, in front of vacant storerooms, and on sidewalk, as needed 3. Keep storm sewers clear of ice and snow D. Communication 1. Inform Maintenance Supervisor of anything that appears unusual at the shopping center, and report any dangerous conditions immediately. 2. Tenant Relations E. Safety Awareness and Performance Qualified Candidates must have: • Valid Driver’s License • 1 to 2 years experience working on a landscape mowing crew • Ability to operate a truck and trailer combination • Experience in zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, and other such mowing equipment. • Ability to understand and follow directions.
