Locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company in business for 30 years has an opening for a full-time Day Porter/Cleaner in a busy commercial/residential building. The position is typically assigned Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interested candidates should complete our application on the Company webpage at. Position responsibilities will primarily include maintaining common use areas such as conference rooms, lounges, kitchen, restrooms and walkways in a clean, neat and orderly fashion. Tasks will include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing designated areas. The position will also be assigned to clean offices and residential apartments at times of turnover/new tenant arrivals. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred. Qualified candidates will possess a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, polite with our customers and be able to work independently. A criminal background check is conducted for the final candidate.
