Line cooks are expected to:
Arrive on time and ready to work every scheduled shift
Prep their station and any other station as directed by the head chef
Keep a tidy, clean, and sanitized station according to health code standards
Be able to work in a high paced environment while keeping our standards of quality for every dish
Communicate effectively with the chef, expeditor, and fellow team members
Work holidays and weekends
Learn and be able to execute every dish from every station
