Subleaser needed/studio renter

Rent is $905 due the 1st of every month. That includes all utuilies and the parking perminit. No pets allowed as the landlord doesnt allow it... Also if you have someone else living with you itll be extra, you’d need to talk with the land lord about that. Needing a subleaser starting in mid June or the begining of July 1st 2021.. Downtown on the medical mile, next to a gas station; mcdonalds,bars hospitals, fast foods and small markets around. Grcc is close by so is GVSU campuses in downtown. Trash is every W of the week and recycle is every 2 weeks on a wed. the photos are from the empty Apt when i saw the listing a year ago but will send phots of the place now if youre intrested. thanks.
