Need a PAINTER / DRYWALL guy for interior & exterior painting

single story home, i need a painter / drywall guy to : paint all exterior of the home remove popcorn ceiling fix any imperfection of the wall move wall paper in one bathroom & 1 wall of a bedroom, remove one wood panel in living room & 1 wood panel in master bedroom texture and paint all ceiling & interior wall (do not texture the interior of the closet, just paint it) install 3 inch baseboard and paint it You do not need to do any work in garage & laundry room and the florida room (just paint the exterior of it). aside from this painting, if you know anyone that does blue print. Please let me know as well, I need someone to draw up an architectural drafting drawing for a garage conversion into a family room.
