Concrete Finisher- Our best candidate would be able to pull a straightedge on a commercial floor, say 4000 SF, perfectly flat, cutting pads with shots from a laser, and be able to at least do edges. He also would be able to set forms for at least simple pours, although we also do walls and complicated stuff at times A finisher that can both work on a commercial floor, but not feel himself too good to do a small job also- and doesn't sneer at labor work- Labor- Willing to pull concrete, run a sodcutter, load motorized buggies, dump in either the trailers or roll-off can, load/unload lumber and tools, dig footers, grade dirt and pour concrete If you can drive an International Box truck (automatic) with a 20' trailer, that's worth an additional $2/hr plus the extra hours involved in driving- last guy out-
