SUMMARY Performs exterior janitorial and clean up services offered by Consolidated Service Group to insure the highest level of service to its customers. QUALIFICATIONS This position requires a person with proven dependability, an excellent attendance record, and basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Must have and maintain a current Florida State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and submit to pre-employment and random drug testing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a service route as assigned by Supervisor. Notify management immediately of any safety or maintenance problems observed. Report to work as assigned, uniformed and drugfree. Notify supervisor in advance of any absences or tardiness. Perform all services to all properties per the Porter check list and any other instructions supplied by your Supervisor. Report to Supervisor before leaving any property that has not been completed to 100%. always Operate company vehicles in a safe manner observing all traffic laws and safety procedures including seat belts. Have a complete understanding of Porter job responsibilities and duties and perform these duties in the allotted times. Understand the importance of the FYI form and use them at every opportunity. Report any equipment or vehicle that is not functioning properly. Complete all inspection alert and property inspection assignments as assigned. Maintain the proper supplies to complete job function, report needs to supervisor in a timely manner. Ensure that vehicle and all company equipment are secure at all times. Complete all other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Complete accurate and legible reports as required.
