immediate opening for Assistant Project Manager with façade restoration experience Summary: field position supervise crew during a façade restoration project comply with all OSHA and DOB regulations for proper site safety management Liaison between client / company/ architect Submit daily project reports, safety reports, daily progress reports Able to read and understand drawings- submit RFI's, coordinate with other trades Punctual and bilingual (Spanish ) verbal and electronic communication with main office and client - Must know how to use Microsoft office and Bluebeam Qualifications: 5 years minimum experience in similar position Bachelor's degree or equivalents construction management certification
