Hanford apartment complex seeking qualified maintenance technician. Some travel around Central Valley is required. Minimum requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma.. Must know some basic electrical and plumbing repair.. Must have a valid driver's license.. Must have a clean background.. Must know and demonstrate proper usage of tools.. Must have a dependable TRUCK.. Must be able to safely lift 60lbs up a ladder.. Must be willing to be on call every other weekend.. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.. ENTRY LEVEL STARTING PAY 15$hr - 20$hr based on skill level. 8am to 5pm. Some travel reimbursement paid.
