Concrete mixing and moving

I will need help mixing a moving concrete. I will probably be using a 3-2-1 mix of No. 57 stone/Sand/ and Portland Cement and it will be fairly dry since I'm putting them in pavers. I have a concrete mixer, which will make the work easier, but I will need someone to help me open the bags and pour water and etc. The starting rate is $8/hr, but if I like your work I can raise it to $10 and possibly call you back to work a 2nd or 3rd day.
