Need front deck built ASAP

I need a handyman to build me a 6 x 6 deck for the front entrance of my new construction tiny house. It has to pass inspection so it must be to code. I already have all the wood needed. I will pay you a maximum of $650 for labor. I also have other work needed to complete the house.
