Join Onyx+East for Brews with the Builder on Saturday, May 8th. Looking to buy a home in Indianapolis? By attending our Brews with the Builder event you can search for your dream home and collect complimentary beer vouchers as you hunt! Admission is free, but you must be 21+ and pre-register to attend. EVENT SCHEDULE First, start your day at the Alloy Cobalt Home @ Riverside (1056 W. 18th Street) to pick up your packet and beer punch card at 2pm. Next, proceed to any (or all!) of the featured model homes with Onyx+East. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, you will choose a time slot for the model and quick move-in home tours when you register for a ticket. Locations include: • Alloy Cobalt @ Riverside: 1056 W. 18th Street, Indianapolis • Alloy Obsidian @ Riverside: 1052 W. 18th Street, Indianapolis • Alloy Carbon @ Riverside: 1224 W. 18th Street, Indianapolis • Tinner Park West Model Home: 1811 New Jersey Street, Indianapolis • Millside Model Home: 1541 Yandes Street, Indianapolis If you visit up to 3 homes, you will receive 2 beer vouchers on us, and once you visit 4 or more homes, you will receive 4 beer vouchers on us! You can redeem your vouchers at Guggman Haus Brewing Co. for your complimentary beers anytime during business hours Saturday, May 8 through Sunday, May 16th. Reps from Onyx+East will be inside each model home for you to learn more and ask any questions!
