Handyman/Odd Jobs Help needed

General Handyman needed to help with odd jobs and misc maintenance on an as needed or seasonal basis year round, 1-2 days per week, weekdays or weekends, with about 40-60 hours total needed now in the month of May for spring clean-up. The more misc homeowner and trade skills and knowledge the better. Must be willing to work by the hour, not the job, since I need someone to do my TODO list, and there is no way to price the list by the job. Must be willing to do general unskilled manual labor too, like raking and moving leaves, cleaning windows, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, dump runs, etc. $20 per hour starting, with increase to $25 per hour in 30 days if reliable and good work ethic, and depending on experience and skills. Please send email with list of prior related work experience, and skills you possess (i.e., light carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, landscaping, small engine maintenance, painting, sheet rock/mudding, tiling, masonry stone work, Kubota backhoe and bucket loader experience, etc).
