Meet Stark! He is 12 & 1/2 months old and weighs over 90lbs. He is a big "teddy bear." He is a very beautiful German Shepherd and we get compliments on him literally everywhere we go. We have loved owning this dog. We have had Him since he was eight weeks old. We have moved to the Boise area and are still in the process of trying to find a place to live. We have been very reluctant to sell him because we love this dog, but with how crazy things are with the housing market, and both of us starting new jobs and our lives getting more chaotic we have decided to re-home him. He has always been an outside dog. They typical routine we had for him was to let him run around in the backyard (fenced in) all day. Play with him when we were home, then at nights we would put him in a pen till the morning. He knows sit, lay down, fetch and come. We want him to go to someone who will take good care of him. He does fine around little kids (we have a two year old) but older kids or adults he is more cautious around. He has never been aggressive. He will bark and howl but that's it. We have boarded multiple times, have had people come over to take care of him and no problems. He just needs someone that will be patient with him when it comes to developing trust. So we would like him to go to a home that has had experience with this breed. This dog follows me wherever I go, wines and gets sad if I leave him, only listens to those he trusts.
