In partnership with Downtown Summerlin, New Vista is proud to be a partner in the return of their Summerlin Sounds Concert Series. New Vista picnic tables will be available as a VIP option for guests to gather in a specified location for the entire evening, and not part of general seating. Our picnics are created with the intention of bringing people together and providing the ultimate outdoor picnic experience with your family, a significant other or a whole group of friends and coworkers. We provide setup and collect all the decor at the end of your evening. PICNIC ON THE LAWN is the easiest way for you to have a memorable night without all the hassle and party planning. SCHEDULE Wednesday, June 9, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Wednesday, June 16, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Wednesday, June 23, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Wednesday, June 30, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Wednesday, July 7, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Wednesday, July 14, 2021 (5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) SEATING Your ticket purchase includes seating for up to six (6) attendees at each table. STAY WHILE Our rustic wooden picnic tables are sturdy and low to the ground, optimal for enjoying a picnic on the lawn. GE T COZY A rattan style rug provides a protective layer while guests sit back and relax on the lawn. GET COMFY Floor cushions and pillows are provided to be used as seat cushions and decor, creating a comfortable and inviting vibe for our guests. GET FANCY Each table is decorated with a wood charger, handmade bouquet in a mason jar and a battery-operated candle to enhance the ambiance of the evening. LET’S HAVE FUN! Details on additional activities available throughout the evening will be shared as soon as details are confirmed. LET’S EAT Bringing your own picnic is totally acceptable, or you can order appetizers, or dinner, and pick-up from one of the restaurants on property, or in the surrounding Summerlin area. Special packages will be available from select Downtown Summerlin restaurants, and those details will be shared shortly. CHEERS! Outside alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED! Please be respectful of Clark County laws! Additional alcoholic beverage options will be available for purchase throughout the evening. We would hate to see a nice bottle of wine get trashed because it was brought from home. GOOD VIBES Live music sets the tone for the evening, creating ambient background music while guests visit and enjoy the company of their party. 5:30 p.m. Acoustic Performance 7:00 p.m. First Band 8:30 p.m. Second Band **Additional information to come on performers at each of the event evenings. SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO BRING Table Linens Napkins Linens Plates Glassware Utensils Flowers and Additional Table Décor Picnic Basket / Something to carry items in Appetizers and Food Non-Alcoholic Beverages Dessert Umbrella (in case of rain) KEEPING IT CLEAN We ask that all guests clean up after themselves and dispose of all trash before vacating your table area. Trash containers will be available as you exist the event for the evening. SAFETY FIRST All guidelines will be upheld as required by the Southern Nevada Health District will be strictly adhered to. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Tickets to the event are not refundable or transferable. The registration table will be available at the entrance of the lawn where the VIP tables will be located. Check-in will begin at 4:45 p.m. for each event date. All attendees will be seated during their applicable time slot. - All attendees will be required to wear face coverings at all times, except when actively drinking or eating at their assigned table. - A temperature check will be done on all attendees upon entering the picnic. - Name, phone number and email will be gathered from each attendee. - Hand sanitizer will be available at the registration table upon entrance to the picnic. - Four (4) hand washing stations will be available for attendees throughout each picnic. - Social and physical distancing will be adhered for all attendees throughout the event.
