Second Pfizer vaccine shots will be administered by EMS staff. First Pfizer shots will be available for those 16 and older who register. St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Shady Cove, OR will host a mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic Wednesday May 26 from 10AM -- Noon for anyone 16 and older. Second Pfizer vaccine shots will be administered by EMS staff to those who received first shots on May 5. First shots are available for anyone who registers. Requirements for second dose: wait 15 minutes after shot. Requirements for first shot: signed consent form, name and birthdate, wait 15 minutes after shot.
