Hello! It is with a very heavy heart that I need to find the perfect new home for our dog. He's an amazing lil Chiweenie. Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. Both parents were great dogs as well! Maverick is one of the best dogs I've ever owned. We got him for my special needs son for a companion pet, but unfortunately it's just not working out. Maverick is 6 months old, about 12 lbs...and pretty much full grown. He is completely house broken and fully kennel trained. The only thing I could say he needs is some extra attention with socializing with other dogs. He was late on shots and therefore late on getting to meet them. Anyhow...I am not looking forward to this process, but under the circumstances, we feel it is best to find Maverick a better...more suitable home. I am looking for a re-homing fee primarily to cover his kennel and other items such as harness, leash etc. Thank you for your interest.
