Job Responsibilities:Primary job functions include: Supervision of crew, responsible for paperwork, customer service, driving and performing tasks of each job according to professional moving processes and procedures. Customer Service Skills-you understand our clients and the high customer service we offer is the most important thing each day. Know how to work well with others and be a part of a team. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, to help others, motivate and direct people Strong decision making ability Quick thinker, fast learner and problem solver Strong passion, integrity, professionalism and empathy Lift 50 lbs. (throughout the day) Have stamina (that you can keep up and don't have medical issues) Be able to communicate, work well with others, and have a good attitude.
